Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the plan you are interested in (optional) and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to syedsumon@doobazar.com over an encrypted SMTP connection and stored in that mailbox. The website itself keeps no database of enquiries.

Spam protection

To stop automated abuse, the site briefly records a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address in a temporary file so it can count submissions per hour. The hash cannot be reversed into your IP address, it is not linked to your message, and it expires automatically.

Cookies

We set one essential session cookie, used to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

We currently run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website.

Third-party services

Two resources load from external networks so pages render correctly: Google Fonts and the Font Awesome icon library via Cloudflare's CDN. Loading a file from any external network means that network can see your IP address and browser details. Neither is used by us to identify you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox while they are useful — typically for the life of the working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email syedsumon@doobazar.com and we will action it.

Security

Credentials are kept out of the codebase, configuration files are blocked from web access, and the site sends standard security headers. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, financial details or anything sensitive through the contact form.
