The challenge
Arsourcing was winning business almost entirely through WhatsApp, sending product photos and PDF catalogues one buyer at a time. Overseas buyers had no way to check the company was legitimate before making contact, and no way to see the range without asking for it. Every enquiry started from zero.
What we did

Mapped the product range into a browsable catalogue structure instead of a single flat gallery, so a buyer can narrow down without asking anyone.

Designed the whole journey around one action — send an enquiry — and made that action reachable from every page rather than only from a contact page.

Built mobile-first. Buyers in this sector open links on a phone, often on a slow connection, and frequently from WhatsApp itself.

Added the credibility content buyers actually look for: what the company does, what it can produce, and how to reach a human.
