Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026.
1. Scope of work
Before a project starts we agree in writing what is included: pages, features and deliverables. Anything outside that is quoted separately and only begins once you approve it. You will never receive an invoice for work you did not agree to.
2. Quotes and pricing
Published plan prices apply to the scope described on our pricing page. Custom projects are quoted individually and that quote holds for 30 days.
3. Payment
Standard terms are 50% to begin, 50% on launch. We accept bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, Card. Work begins once the first payment is received.
4. What we need from you
Projects need your content, brand assets and timely feedback. Delivery dates assume feedback arrives within a reasonable window; long gaps move the timeline. We will always tell you when something is waiting on you.
5. Revisions
Standard includes 15 revisions and Premium 25, across design and development. A revision is a change to work already delivered; a change to the agreed scope is a new requirement and is quoted separately.
6. Timelines
Standard builds typically go live in 1–2 weeks and Premium in 3–4 weeks from the point we have your content and approval. Estimates are made in good faith, not guaranteed to the day.
7. Ownership
On final payment, you own the delivered website, its code and its content. Domains are registered in your name. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Third-party services
Projects may use third-party services — hosting, domain registrars, CMS platforms, payment gateways, fonts and icon libraries. Those services have their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
9. Support
Standard includes 1 month of post-launch support and Premium 3 months of priority support, covering fixes to what we built. New features, content rewrites and third-party breakages are quoted separately. Domain and hosting renew yearly at cost after the included first year.
10. Cancellation
Either side can stop a project in writing. Work completed up to that point is payable; work not yet started is not. You keep the deliverables you have paid for.
11. Limits
We build carefully and test before launch, but we cannot guarantee a website will be free of every fault, nor guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or revenue — nobody honestly can. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected work.
12. Content responsibility
You confirm you have the right to use the text, images and logos you give us. We are not liable for third-party claims arising from material you supplied.
13. Questions
Ask before you sign, not after. syedsumon@doobazar.com or 01323 851794.
